CD Delivery

To obtain a refund within the guarantee time period, you must lock the program, record the deactivation code that will be generated, and return the CD and the deactivation code within the time period specified below. Your purchase price in U.S. dollars will be promptly refunded with no questions asked.  

If the program has been unlocked on two computers, both computers must be deactivated and the deactivation codes provided to Wild Ginger Software, Inc. within the guarantee time period.

> Shipping and handling costs, customs and brokerage fees, and return postage are not refundable.

CDs purchased directly from Wild Ginger Software, Inc. should be returned to the address posted on our Contact Us web page. CDs purchased through our resellers should be returned to the reseller within the time period specified below.   Deactivation codes must included.

All CDs should be sent Return Receipt Requested and insured for the value of your purchase. No refund will be given if we do not receive the program CD and the deactivation codes within the 90 day evaluation period. 

Electronic Delivery

For electronic delivery purchases, you will be required to lock the program from the Product Activation screen to generate a deactivation code.  You must provide the deactivation code to us via email or telephone within the time period specified below to obtain your refund.  No refund will be given if we do not receive the deactivation code via telephone or email within the 90 day evaluation period. 

If the program has been unlocked on two computers, both computers must be deactivated and the deactivation codes provided to Wild Ginger Software, Inc. within the guarantee time period.

Hardware Purchases

Hardware purchases are not refundable. Hardware that is defective or damaged in shipment will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.
